Problem Trying to update server, not working properly.

I'm trying to update my server from FTB Infinity Evolved 2.2.2, to 2.3.5

When I get to this point, the console completely freezes up (nothing new shows up), and the server is basically frozen entirely, people can't log in or anything.

I have learned that this is linked to the world somehow of course, which is really bad. Since we're playing on expert mode, I really need to have that world carried over.

Anything I can do to fix my problem?
