Problem Trying to start up infinity evolved server keeps giving me object heap error

When ever I use the ServerStart.bat file it open up and gives the following message:
Starting server
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: ignoring option PermSize=256M; support was removed in 8.0
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Using the ParNew young collector with the Serial old collector is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for 2097152KB object heap
Exiting...

I have tried many ways to fix this still not getting anything

Install and use 64-bit java.
