Plz check forum topics before starting a new one on a topic thats been & still is being discussed in many topics atm, just dont need every one starting there own dw pack lags topics.

No offence intended, just dont see the point cluttering forums.

Edit, I see there all on page two now guess thats why, oh well guess I should have looked first!, anyway same advice, wait for a stable version atm it seems pointless to even try dw's many, many issues with it.

Thats maybe a bit unfair on dw & the ftb team that put it together, but all any one can do is wait for the crew to fix test & release a better more stable version, I am sure it will not take too long, not that I am privy to any info just going on past events like this.

Sorry, figured these types of topics would be better on an individual case by case. I put dw20 up top but really its a general problem. Not just restricted to this modpack. Its just horrible in this modpack, again sorry.

Is this general lag or is it much worse when new chunks are being generated?

I've also seen people say that it's counterproductive to assign more than about 3-4 Gig because of how Minecraft allocates it (I don't understand the reason, but I've seen people who've played around with the code back it up, so might be worth considering
