Trying to make Direwolf 1.6.4 server, only getting 1.5.2

I have a server running Direwolf20 1.5 v2 (v1.1.3) from the FTB Launcher. Today I tried upgrading to the 1.6.4 version at the top of the launcher, I downloaded the server files through the FTB launcher and installed on my server. The game launches in 1.6.4 but the server remains 1.5.2

I have a few people waiting on me to apply this update, please help.

I would completely delete the server and re download it then put it into a file just to make sure that every file updated hope this helped

Have you updated your client to 1.6.4 and copied it to the server?
