Trying to create a Direwolf20 server ,cant see it in multi player client

Details of the issue:
have reinstalled over and over watcher youtube on set ups but cant seem to get direwolf20 server to come up on my client as multyplyer ,server seems to be running no problems but cant connect the 2 .please help what simple thing i em missing​

If you are running the server on your computer you can connect to it by using localhost as the ip address. If you want other to be able to join you need to portforward and give them your external ip.
