Trying to change config files on FTB 1.5 Beta

I have been watching StrayMav's stream on Twitch and I saw that he had Connected Destruction mod enabled. I installed it and placed both files the mod came with into the Mod List where they needed to be. I then had to install his config file to get it working. Here is where I am having trouble...

When I installed the config file from his link, I replaced the config folder in the FTB with the one installed. When I launched FTB 1.5 Beta v0.5 nothing worked. Any suggestions would be perfect! Thanks!
 
It never crashed it just never worked. I got it fixed by moving the files into the correct modpack config folder. Thanks though. :)
