Trying to Add mod(S)

Hello,
I have a folder titled "Mods" with one mod and 3 add-ons in it the list is as follows:
Mod: Flans Mod 2.3 for Minecraft 1.5.1 Universal
Add-ons: FC pack 1.0, Flans Mod Modern Weapons Pack 1.1 for Flans Mod 2.2, Simple Parts Pack 1.0
However, as soon as I enable Flans Mod 2.3 for Minecraft 1.5.1 Universal it black screens after the Mojang logo.
Even without the addons (which I added with the "add mod" button) it gives me a black screen.

I am using the FTB Ultimate Pack.

I need help :/

You're going to have to use a version of the mods and addons that is for 1.4.7. The Ultimate pack hasn't updated to 1.5 yet.
