Are nano swords still unreliable buggy messes? Last time I tried one was in 1.4.... beta. IIRC they should be beefy enough to kill a wither. May want to go full darksteel exept for the chest which id make an armored jetpack at your highest attainable tier. assuming you have Simply Jetpacks that is.
But yeah try killing the wither in the open air first. Far away from your or others base mind you.

Wither took a lot of hits from the Nano Sword before going down. On regular mods, it's one hit one kill.
Really? I thought that was the point of the reaper enchant. To give other swords the ability to collect souls.
huh, just double checked in game and we're both right. It increases the rate of soul drops on DE swords AND it can be put on on other swords to give it a (lower) chance to get souls.
