Problem Trouble installing FTB Infinity Evolved Server on Debian Server

I have been having a ton of trouble install FTB Infinity Evolved to install on Linux. I download the linux server install file and run it and the install always says it has an error and the server will not start.

The downloader.log has the following errors

And when I try to start the server, this happens

Have any of you guys seen this issue before and know how to get the server running?

check the start.sh if there is a filename given behind the "-jar" argument. it should be the forge-launcher. Also check if the permissions are set up correct.
