Link?
Description?
Sorry, no offense meant but some info and links would be great when you're trying to promote a mod. And for inclusion into a modpavk no less
Also, the direwolf20 pack is just hosted by the FTB team. You'll need to talk to direwolf20 himself to get the mod included.

P.S. I know how to Google but you're the one making the pitch, just some friendly advices that's all.

there's a topic on the forum where you can suggest mods for modpacks for the 1.6 modpacks

I've never used Tropicraft before, there are a few questions I have about it.

1. What does this mod, as a whole, do for the user? (Is it a biome mod like Biomes o' Plenty? Is it a tool/armor/weapon mod? Is it a machine mod?)
2. Why do you think this should be in a modpack? (How does it integrate with other mods? Is there an earlygame/midgame/endgame advantage? Can something be automated?)
3. What modpack should this be a part of? (Is it an RPG style mod? An 'industrial' mod? Survival mod? Should a modpack be made for it? Why?)

yes it's an adventure mod but it's excellent for the whole game because here i act like that:
i use the dimension of tropicraft for have second adventure a totaly holliday one at the beginning it's the search for ressources, new weapons and some beach cool stuff i can't really name them correctly because my english is too bad,
at least the umbrella look pretty nice. beach chairs etc.
i love playing tropicraft because they add so many stuff and the new weather add wind, tempest look awesome and for example now the fire follow the direction of the wind too.
You can have some really great volcano and it's can be like a disaster if you build near it and it's start to explode you can imagine the result by looking the 3rd video on the website the video is based on tropricraft 3.x so now tropicraft is version 5.x !! for the end of game it's can be a place to rest playing with villagers and music.
and the animals are nice yesssssss finaly some birds monkey, etc etc

and why include it on a modpack? hmmm here i use already NEI (+ NEI plugins), thaumcraft 4.x and tropicraft 5.x and i love playing withs many mods yes technic AND tropicraft can be a great mix that's allow you more and more combinations (if i can use this word) to have nice tools and new type of houses with bamboo, palm wood. you have some ores too

i have see the mod spotlight direwolf20 done and i was fall in love of tropicraft i was always searching who made a modpack with tropicraft because here i don't have any technic for resolve the ID conflict without the ID resolver mod (i am lucky actually no trouble with ID and the configuration i use say 21 mods active).

of course graphics look excellent :) many many others cool stuff to discovery on the website you can found all it's really awesome

For the adventure.

And it just keeps on giving. It's a truly solid mod that continues to add content. It's not ignored but definitely not utilized often.
The Twilight Forest as a world is truly beautiful as well. If I could run shaders with decent fps that would look so awesome.

I hadn't even considered shaders with TF. Sounds interesting.

Tropicraft always looked mildly interesting. I don't like the villagers though. Don't ask me why but they just irritate me lol. The storm rendering looks amazing
