Tropical bee not working!?!?! Forestry for Minecraft

I have put a tropical queen bee in an apiary in the right conditions with an unusal drone and it wont breed, it comes up with a cactus sign thing saying hostile enviroment, BTW i am paying agrarian skies 2. also a bunch of stuff comes op on the beealyser and i dont know what it means. any help would be appreciated, THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!!!!!

and just to make sure i am always set in a ocean biome, i cant do anything about that
 
What I recommend you do is to put the bee in the other slots of the Beealyser and screen cap those, so its in slot "I"; there are also slots "II", "III", "IV" and "V" - I can't remember what each of these states, but you might be able to uncover some info there that could help you narrow down your issue.
 
Double check the Tropical's tolerences, I'm fairly sure they were changed at one point so they no longer natively tolerate a normal/normal biome.
