Anyone mind sharing their Reactorcraft setup with me ? Trying to get ahead of the game here as I build my fusion reactor.
Heavy Water:
Heavy Water Producer/Centrifuge (whatever it's called) with water on 3 sides and top, has to be in an ocean biome with 16 source blocks of water above it.
Deuterium:
Heavy Water into an Electrolyser being supplied power as well as a Van der Graaf generator next to it with it's own power source(don't need to heat the Electrolyser as the Deuterium is already a gas). Deuterium out the top with gas ducts or fluiducts, oxygen out the bottom(fluiduct into nullifier for me)
Tritium:
Build a reactor with Neutron Enrichment Chambers(soooooo not explaining that in text), Deuterium in the top, Tritium out the bottom.
What is the rate at which heavy water is produced during this method? Also, is there any benefit to running more than 1 heavy water machine?
Depends how much power you put in it. I've got one running off a tier 5 magnetostatic and get plenty heavy water.
I've no idea how much Tritium is needed for a Fusion reactor, just got my Breeder setup and stockpiling the Tritium for now. A teir 5 on a Heavy Water Producer with the appropriate gearing to max out speed will give you PLENTY Heavy Water tho, bottleneck is the Enrichment Chambers.
I'm using Extra Cells, cheated in a ?Canister?(search Deuterium or Tritium in NEI and it pops up) to program the inputs and partition the storage cells. But they're forge fluids so can be stored and transported in anything.
As for RoC transport:
Heavy Water: Liquid Ducts
Deuterium: Gas Ducts
Tritium: Gas Ducts
Use fluiducts with servo extraction on the producer, how I'm doing it.
No issue automating the ammonia for me, are you using the Reika ammonium dust?
And are you on 25z?
I have documented the building of my reactor in this thread.
I repeat with clarification: Use fluiducts with servo extraction from the Heavy Water producer to the Tesseract, how I'm doing it.
No idea about the ammonium dust, I'm using a precision export bus no prob, try a different side maybe...
