Trench has appeared in my world

I built a layer of cobblestone, covered it with grass and gravel, and then lined the underside with Glowstone panels (FMP). Now some of the cobble and dirt has disappeared. It's SSP so no-one else has messed with it. Those panels were definitely laid on the underside of the cobblestone.

I've had some problems with Forge Micro Blocks disappearing It was on a server so I thought it was an online problem but it might be on single player as well

did you update any of you mods? change pack versions? accidentally delete some config files?

Only things I can think of assign from some weird bugs that might have caused it
