i cut a tree down with an axe and its not treecapitating... I'm using the private Ultimate pack
 
Is the exe new. Sometimes if its durability is less than the number of logs it wont capitate. Same if your trying to chop down a huge tree with a wooden axe. The base durability isnt enough to fell it
