For rf there are thermal expansion tesseracts and ender io dimesional anchors.
For eu I think the best way is to charge a eu battery of some kind (the "normal" batteries, energy crystals) and send them to the overworld and back for decharging and recharging respectively in whatever item transport method you like( tesseracts, ender chest, minecarts and nether portals)

I prefer the ender io transdimenional things. Also, AE2 offers energy transport through its tunnels, which only have a 5% penatly. I use quantum bridges to link my power network.

The tunnels can carry eu and rf.

Add Mekanism to Infinity, use universal cables to hook up your tesseracts to transport your energy as RF but watch as it magically becomes EU when you need to hook IC2 machines up to it ;)
