Details of the issue:

So my blocks are transparent like this http://i.imgur.com/zyci4Iv.png and I have no idea what is causing this issue, (I do have optifine installed) None of my video setting are fixing this. Any ideas?​

Really? I don't remmember ender io conduits looking like that...
Are you wearing any sort of special goggle or something? And have you tried picking up the blocks and putting them back down again?

Sorry for such a late response, I am a founder of the community around the rebirth pack listed. The problem is that i had nothing to to with creating the pack and do not upkeep the pack. I have talked with the guys that make it and they also have no idea what would be causing the issue and they have not experienced it them selves.

I have not, I will do that(gonna take over night only downloading @ 100kb/s), so I will be back tomorrow to report if this works.
