Summary of the problem Translocators fly off of the smeltery.

What is the bug? After placing liquid translocators on a smeltery drain to a casting basin, immediately after filling the first basin. The translocators flew off and away from the smeltery they were attached to.

Is it repeatable? Yes. Simply place the translocators on the smeltery drain and pour a block of a molten liquid. the translocators will fly off immediately after it cools. I poured seared stone when discovering this.

Appears to be a Translocators issue, as any block update causes it to drop (and basins send a block update when they finish filling to update nearby comparators). Same issue happens when placing it on an Ex Nihilo barrel for example, a block update causes it to drop.
