Translocators and FTB Monster

So, I'm very used to the DW20 pack but recently switched to FTB Monster. When making an Ender storage system and attempting to regulate the storage of apples/torches/cobble into an Enderchest, I noticed Translocators is NOT in Monster. As I am going to be using the world for a server and do not want to have every person manually install Translocators, I wanted to know if there was a similar mod that could achieve this effect or if there were any plans to add Translocators to FTB Monster.

As much as I know, there are no plans to add any more mods to Monster and I think updates are about to stop completely, I would recommend this though:
