So, I'm playing Project Ozone 2, and I just made a portal to the Deep Dark. I tried pumping items from the Deep Dark to the Overworld ME System with a Tesseract, and even an Ender Chest (which probably wouldn't have worked anyway). I'm new to the Tesseract thing, so I may be doing it wrong. I have Chunkloaders in both the Deep Dark and the Overworld, and they cover both the Quarry and the ME System... so I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I put a chest near the Quarry to get the items, and the Tesseract was set up with Itemducts.

1. Have you chunkloaded both ends?
2. Tesseracts only outputs into inventories(maybe some pipes work). So try and put a chest against it and then extract from the chest.

I will try that and get back to you. On number one, I have chunkloaded both sides. Number two, I have not tried yet.

If you place a tesseract adjacent to the ender quarry (you are using the XU ender quarry, right?), another adjacent to an ME Interface in your main network (either stick it next to a full-block Interface or slap the flat-panel version on the side), and configure them correctly, it should work. Alternatively, you could do the same thing with ender chests; just do note that you'll need to use Import Buses on the overworld-side chest to get the items into your network, since the chest won't push them automatically.

- How are you powering your quarry? It needs RF, and quite a lot of it, so if you're not giving it any, that's probably why it's not working.
- How have you configured your tesseracts? They both need to be on the same channel, and the one on your quarry should be set to send items, while the one in your base should be set to receive items. In addition, if you want to power your quarry through the tesseracts, the one in your base should also be set to send energy, while the one in the Deep Dark is set to receive it.
- If you're using enderchests, make sure that you're using the ChickenBones enderchests, rather than the vanilla ones (which do not accept items from automation); and also make sure that both chests have the same color combination, and that they're either not diamond-locked or are diamond-locked to the same player.

Yes, I believe that Point 2 was my problem, as I had them both set to receiving and sending items. Thank you both for the help.
