Tppi2 huge amount of lag coming from nether

Details of the issue:
the nether seems to keep loading after i leave the nether and lags the whole server. this continually happens when there's any kind of chunkloader but still happens for a few seconds without one. https://imgur.com/SpeKqvh that image is with a ender thermic pump​

i have not encountered any hellfish yet so i don't think so

i should also mention that as soon as a player enters the nether the lag disappears
