TPPI server crashing imediatly after launch

Launcher Version:
v1.4.12​
Modpack:
Test Pack Please Ignore (TPPI)​
Modpack Version:
Recommended (1.1.2 is the latest, so probably that one)​

Details of the issue:
My computer glitched, so I had to shut it off with the server still running. I logged out, but when I turned it on and launched the server, it crashed. I tried multiple times, then realizing it was something glitched. I don't know how to read the crash report, so if anyone who does, can you please help me with this issue?
