TPPI 2 fps issue

Title TPPI 2 fps issue

Details of the issue Im playing the modpack TPPI2, and with all settings on lowest, I cant get more than 15-20 fps. I added optifine and turned all animations off and all optimizations on. It has fastcraft in the pac.
using an HP laptop
AMD Radeon 7400m series
8 gig memory

Ive tried:
adding optifine
setting ALL video settings to minimal and fastest
allocating more ram
setting mc to run as administrator
reinstalling modpack

Ik i may not have the best laptop, but i feel like its good enough to get at leaqst 30 fps with all setting on minimum

can't really help without a log. One thing to look at though is to make sure it is using the correct GPU (thus not intel's integrated graphics if you have that but instead uses the AMD card).
options->snooper settings->opengl_vendor is where you need to look at to see what card it uses. Not sure where to change it, haven't been using windows in a long time and never had to deal with this issue myself. Google should have plenty of results though
