Summary of the problem tpisland command only works for admin

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? Player fell out of world and was teleported back to spawn point could not use /tpisland as it says an unknown error has occurred

Having the same issue with non-OPs trying to create their own islands. They get an error stating they do not have permission to run that command

Seeing as the guide in-game states it should work for everyone i disagree. If nothing else I would like to know where i can set this permission manually
