Title Tp crashing

Details of the issue I can tp out of my base just fine, but lately teleporting home crashes my client instantly.

I would say this is your issue:

OK, I'm not sure what I should do then. I don't own the server and this looks like something on that end. Should I share this with the admins and server owner, or is there something I can do?

Yes, I would say that's a issue for the server admins to sort out.
