I have quite a few items that when using NEI, they come up unnamed. Any ideas on how to fix.

Most likely Biomes O' Plenty, the version in the 1.1.2 packs did that. Update to 1.1.3 and it should fix itself (or just update BoP, there was a hotfix release for this issue)

Just be careful. When you update to 1.1.3 you must enable biomes o plenty again before starting your world save. If you launch past the Id conflicts, BoP blocks will be deleted. Even better, always make a zip backup of your world before updating to a new unleashed version.
