Seriously, it's the only part of the system that I couldn't do without setting up a mob grinder, or using EE - I watch the GT forums, and Kane Hart had some kind of plant that looked like enderpearls, which Greg said was called either Trollium or RichardGium or something. It may be 1.5 onwards, I don't know.

It's originally from I Don't Now's Crop Card addition. Recent-ish updates to IC2 include said crop card addition, and you can thus use the IC2 crop system to breed up all kinds of mob drops.
I don't know if that's all they included, though. Here's hoping for the chance to farm while I farm!
