However, the admin doesn't really care about the first player, so he lets him fall.

Rule 4: No PVP

However, the player is an experienced hacker and hacks his way back onto the server again. The admin notices, but doesn't ban him again until he breaks another rule.

If he's banned, you don't need to backtrack.

He'll just join the server again by some unrealistic means. Actually, I should edit the OP with that right now. I forgot to earlier.

The server has all the mods in it now. Edited the OP.

No point in saying that certain mods can't be on the server because the server is using a certain mod pack.

So the Admin create's a new rule where the player's are allowed to use ore & resource doubling as long as the player does it in the Nether on a platform of glass over a lake of lava.
