Tome of alkahest

So i can't seem to be able to get a tome of it has no recipe and can't find info on why i can't make it and it docent even show the recipe I'm not sure why this is happening have they changed it so its a dungeon item only now or something please help I've been trying all say to get it and i can find it anywhere[DOUBLEPOST=1393691667][/DOUBLEPOST]Also I'm playing monster 1.0.11 sorry forgot that

i believe alkahestery is being re-envisioned. i remember reading something about it being disabled in recent releases.

Whats the point of it being in the mod pack if its totally unusable atm?
