Request Tinker's Storage Belt and Knapsack interacting with Forestry Backpacks

Hi! Is it at all possible to have the Forestry Backpacks to take in the designated items while being held on either Tinker's Armory Storage Belt or Traveller's Knapsack? Also, to have them resupply my items from those?
