Summary of the problem Tinkers' Smeltery lava temperature mislabeled

What is the bug? When a newly built smeltery gets fueled using lava, the lava's temperature is displayed as 1'300. As soon as the first smelting happens, the temperature drops to 1'000, and stays at that value, even if all the lava is consumed.

Is it repeatable? 1. Build a smeltery from Tinkers' Construct (any size, seared tank and smeltery controller required)
2. Fill lava into the seared tank
3. Get a smelteable item (eg. a block of cobblestone)
4. Open the smeltery controller gui and look at the fuel tooltip: It should display "Temperature: 1300"
5. Put the item into one of the smelting slots
6. Look at the fuel tooltip again: The temperature should now be at 1000
