Tinkers' Defense mod

Here is a link to the CurseForge page. I personally think this mod would be a great addition to some FTB packs.... What do you guys think?

Yeah.. I noticed that when I played Modsauce. This mod looks really cool, implementing TiCon metals and such into a mod to add more combat aspects. I can't wait until they implement more upgrades such as the redstone or lapis.

Voted no, not because I have anything against the mod(have no knowledge about it to be true), but due to the fact that mods/devs have time and time again made it clear that they are not choosing mods based on a democratic vote and they deplore these kind of "put XXX mod in FTB" threads. And I quite agree on that approach. If packs were simply put together with all the mods that most people wanted, then they would be terribly OP, horribly unbalanced, lack direction and laggy and unstable as heck.

It is the job of any modpack creator to choose mods with moderation and a vision. I suggest we let them do so, and if you do not agree with it, then there are today MANY other modpacks to choose from. Or else it is always reasonable easy to add stuff yourself.

I wasn't saying just because a majority of people vote yes or no it has to override the FTB team's decisions, I was just putting it out there and seeing the communities opinion.

Voted no. I've never found shields to be very useful in minecraft.

I love it just because I don't have to dedicate a slot to my sword on my hot bar.
