Tinkers Construct - RF Capacitors???!?!

Hello! my friend was making tinkers tools using manyullyn, cobalt, and paper tool rods/tough rods.
For one of the modifiers, he used a Redstone Flux Capacitor to hold 4 Million RF on his tool. The rest of our group had always thought Leadstone Flux Capacitors were the only ones to use and we tried to replicate the tools with Redstone Flux Capacitors as he did to gain the 4 million RF instead of 80k the leadstone ones give you.

We aren't able to replicate it and I haven't been able to find any answers online. Thanks for the help!

It goes according to the durability, the durability x 1000(maybe x100) = amount of RF you can add.

So basically you need to make the tools extremely durable to add a higher tier of capacitor?

To add to what's already been said, I believe there's an option in the config files to allow any Flux capacitor on any TiCon tool as well.
