Summary of the problem Tinker's Construct Bolts Nerfed?

Pack Version 2.6.0

What is the bug? Bolt's for the Tinker's Construct mod made after 2.6.0 have less weight and damage than those crafted in 2.5.0 (screenshots provided for reference)

Is it repeatable? First: Craft a tool rod from blue slime crystal , then a slime fetching from blue slime crystal as well. Pour Enderium on the slime rod. Combine in tool forge to make bolts.
Second: repeat this process after updating to 2.6.0 and you will notice the original's stats' have been grandfathered in, but the new ones will be significantly weaker.

I found this from 2.6.0 changelog

ExtraTiC (1.4.5 -> 1.4.6)

• Adds Immersive Engineering support - Constantan
• Fixes Ore Dictionary registration.
• Fixes crafting of Thermal Foundation's Lumium.
• Balances Thermal Foundation Materials. [ Personal note: new Constantan is kind of broken for balancing this :^) ]
• Other bugfixes.

So yes, they got nerfed.
