Summary of the problem tinkeres construct smeltery will not turn on

What is the bug? I made the smeltery in a 3x3 and placed the controller around with the tank and it wont turn on and I cant access the gui.

There it is - you've made the wrong controller block, that one is for Seared Furnace.

No probs, hope you get it sorted out!

Just for info, there are two new multiblocks in Tinker's - the Seared Furnace, and the Tinker Tank. The furnace is quite neat as it allows you to do normal furnace things, but quarter stacks at a time in each slot of the furnace! The tinker tank is also cool - it allows you to store quite large amounts of liquid metals without them alloying together - which can be very handy.
