Title Timeouts in FTB IE area after months of use

Details of the issue Details of the issue We have been playing this server for a couple years. There is a big underground base with lots of automations at -200 2700 (use travelers staff there to navigate). The area is chunkloaded and has been so for months. The other day i left a few energising, purifiying and empowering beehives next to a tainted node there. Made a backup and loged out. Next day that area has huge lagspikes which kick any visitor with connection timeouts. The village base at -200 2300 is fine. The other dimensions are like the troubled area. Tried Quarriying the base, unchunkloading it and visiting other dimensions... nothing fixes it. Loaded previous backup. Dismantled the bees and it was fine for two days in which nothing was added to that base. Then the same problem is back. Tried different ram allocations up to 5 Gigs (of 16) and 6 for client. Even in singleplayer i get huge lagspikes in that area or the other dimensions. Please help, we have invested a huge amount of time in this server.
