Details of the issue Changes to mod: Added DragonAPI_1.7.10, ReactorCraft_1.7.10, and RotaryCraft_1.7.10.

Description of issue: Had the same issue now before on version 2.6.0. We thought using the current server version may fix out issue, but it did not.
Here is a screenshot of the server cmd when the server times us out. (Server size of 2 people).

It is a soft crash where the server does not close, however, we cannot join it again without restarting the server. This is not a random occurrence, it happens every time after a second person joins within 10 minutes of server being online.
