Operating System and bit type: Windows 7 ; 32 bits
Java version/update and bit type: Version 7 update 45 ; build 1.7.0_45-b18
Launcher version: Version 1.3.2
Console log, pastebin.com link: http://pastebin.com/7JD4xLvx
Description of the Issue: My laptop isn't that good and whenever I play I get lag but I never had this issue before, I'm currently playing the Direwolf20 modpack and everything runs well until some minutes later I get disconnected, most times it gives me a screen saying "Minecraft has run out of memory", and when I reconnect the client crashes. I don't know if it's because the pack is too heavy for my laptop or it's because of something else so here I am seeking tech support, Thank you and sorry if I'm being ignorant and missing something obvious. By the way I don't know if this information helps but my laptop has 1.75 GB of RAM.

Disclaimer for 1.6.4 Mod Packs:
FTB Lite 2 is the ONLY mod pack that is intended for use on 32 bit systems.
All other 1.6.4 mod packs will NOT run properly on 32 bit systems.
A quote from this thread. You are not going to get good performance from a 32bit computer to run any of the 1.6.4 packs besides Lite 2.

Edit:You will also want to update your Java to 7u45 instead of the old Java 6 version.

Also maybe Horizons and Magic Farm 2 according to ThatOneSlowking in this thread.

I see, I looked trough the tech support stickies but I maybe overlooked this. Thank you for this info :)
Edit 1 : I'll try the Horizons and Magic Farm 2, if I get the same issues I did above I'll edit this post to inform :D
Edit 2 : Horizons seems quite good I'll play with it :)
Too bad Horizons doesn't have Industrial Craft, my favorite mod ever since the beginning of Minecraft beta, but I can do without it :)
Again thank you very much lavarthan for the help!
Edit 3 : Horizons works perfectly well, except I got a blue screen the other day while playing it but everything worked out.

You can play with all those mods just not together. :p Please see my edits for possible packs that will work with 32bit systems.
