Summary of the problem Time travel problem

What is the bug? A friend and I have been playing a LAN server in Sky Factory 3 for a long time now (around a year i think), and recently we have encountered a weird issue.
When I enter my friends LAN server that they host I find myself about five minutes behind the current time. They can see me in real time and I can move around freely as if the game were operating normally, but I do not see what my friend is doing for about five minutes. It also takes around that long to open a chest or oven inventory after interacting with it.
Happens every time I enter the server now, even after restarting the game, the server, both of our machines, and twitch.
Mod & Version Not sure which mods are involved.
