Windows .exe Ticking Screen error

Hello!
I am new in this Forum, but I hope that you will help me!
A few days ago I played FTB-Ultimate. When I closed it, it worked perfect, but when I opened it three hours later there was an error. It was/ is the ticking Screen error. So I can not Play on FTB-Servers now.
My question is:
How can I solve this Problem?
