Ticking Screen error

Details of the issue:
I have restarted computer, reinstalled minecraft, reinstalled Feed The Beast I have updated my GPU etc, nothing has worked. The mod-pack works in single player but when I connect to the server (Creeperhost server) it does not work and gives me this, my friend can connect fine so I've no idea what is going on.​

Ticking Screen error is a gpu problem so you can try to remove the mods which changing the rendering of game (for example: optifine)
