So is it possible to leave a mossed Tinker's Construct tool in an Item Frame, and have it regenerate there? or does it need to be physically on your person?

Except that it doesn't properly handle it's tools for all EU source chestplates.

Which version? I have no problems at all with charging my stuff with an Adv Nanochestplate. My only charging problems come from mixing MPS legs/boots with a nano-helmet. It keeps draining the helmet and I have to take it in and out of the GUI to recharge.

Huh? Has that been changed? In the 1.5.2 version I played moss regen worked when the item was in a chest, albeit at the slower rate (as no sun-shine)

Any version in the unleashed packs. It does not properly handle the IC2 IElectricItem property.

Build yourself an ender charging system with LP. Then you can toss the stuff into a bag, it'll get pumped through an MFE/MFSU, and drop into another bag good as new. For things like MPS, the Electric Manager Module also works with the Energetic Infuser.
