Third Party Modpacks lag

Details of the issue:
I downloaded FTB yesterday and tried every single Third Party Modpack when I noticed that a few of them lagged, when I checked all of them, they lagged as well. I was curious why that was happening and looked it up on the forums and internet but didn't find anything. I wanted to see if it happened on the other modpacks that aren't Third Party. When I did, I noticed that even the modpacks that lagged to most people were running smoothly, yet the third party ones lagged. Is there a way to fix this, or no? I hope I posted this in the correct area.​
