Windows .exe Thinking of switching Mindcrack server to Ultimate, anything I should know?

I was mainly thinking things like world generation. Like if Mystcraft or any other mod generates some key structures that wouldn't be there when I make the switch on my current server. Any bugs or things like that would also be appreciated.
