Thinking about starting a server for 10-15 people, what specs should it have?

I'm wanting to build a server to run a server for a few friends. I'll probably run the ultimate pack when it comes out, or the direwolf pack. What kind of specs should it have?

I'd say about 3-4gb of RAM
50gb HDD (for server files and whatnot)

i3 processor minimum? With and i3 and 4gb chunk loading is probably gonna suck so maybe and i5 and 6-8gb's.

I'd also wait for other people's input
