was woundering that the steam usage of first level machines are?

Based on my current experience, the buffer in the Steam Generator will get to one use of the Alloy Furnace and maybe 3 or 4 uses of the Forge Hammer. I built a Solar Steam Generator (or whatever it's called) and it seems to have a larger buffer. I would recommend it.

By default you need an alloy smelter and steel before you can make glass bottles. Don't forget that witches can drop glass bottles as well.

As said in the OP, my guide will be released in PDF form and I will be adding info in here ==> there. Just depends when I have a couple of hours to sit down and edit the whole guide.

i'm at the point that i need to make osmium to be able to progress further in the tech three, the only way to get osmium is to process iridium ore (gt5 one,ic2 iridium found in dungeons dont have byproducts).
I flyed in the end for at least 10h during last week getting to coordinates -13k -14k (spawn is at about +100 -100) and found so far only 200 iridium and a lot of it from small ores resulting in only 34 osmium (i think i found only 2 veins, half stack each of iridium) and i need at least double to be able to syntetize it with uu matter.
Im missing something?any particular spawning conditions?

To start with replication, you only need 7 Osmium: 4 Osmium for the LV Matter Fabricator, 2 Osmium for the LV Replicator and 1 Osmium to scan and store into the Dataorb.

Hmmm, how long would it take to make 1 osmium with LV?and how much Eu? And does it even worth it if I have EV (2k voltage).
and another thing, now I'm processing iridium like this: indMacerator->oreWashing->thermalCentrifuge->indMacerator again which gives 1 tiny osmium dust per each crushed ore,is there a better way?

+1 for good questions, I'm curious myself. I'm currently capable of doing GT5 replication but have never fiddled with it at all.

with LV is 160 seconds (2,6 minutes) to create 1mB (1 bucket is 1000 mB) so its about 44 minutes to make 1 bucket
i didnt check the energy consumpion in detail but its about 700.000 eu for 5mB,totaling a whopping 140.000.000 eu per 1 bucket of liquid uu

p.s. using a 16 batteries buffer and connected by naquadah x4 cable (2 pieces) so the eu loss is almost minimal

Just a reminder gents that in English, the decimal (period) is used as a decimal marker. A comma is used as a thousands marker. You just told everyone that it takes 140eu per bucket :p

I actually went to a french school so I'm sort of almost accustomed to periods as a thousands marker, but in an english forum I prefer to see the english variation :)

140,000,000.00
Woops, also kosher imo. Debatable?
140 000 000.00

Cheers!

Depends on the installed mods. I usually use Woodplub and unneeded stuff from foresty bees and once i have enough energy and osmium for more mass fabricators i stop using amplifiactor.
Many easy to produce things are blacklisted in recyclers, so i whould recommend to first test everything if it can be inserted by automation.

Cheap stuff i remember to work are small cut multipart blocks. cutting 1 cobble into 32 corner parts.

I take it cobble and stone are blacklisted by default?

If an item is blacklisted, does it clog the system, or just get consumed and produce nothing?

Jep, Cobble and all strone products, snowballs and all types of "tiny" dusts are blacklisted. Blacklisted things are not accepted by automation so clog item pipes. They can be put in by hand, but produce nothing then.
