So I'm pretty much end game now, and I've mostly been breeding bees which requires a lot of waiting. What things can I do in the meantime to help pass the time? I'm playing on the Direwolf20 Pack.

Obtain a Pseudo-Inversion Sigil?

There is a FTB Monster "Todo list" thread around here somewhere...

Build a secondary home starting off by scratch connecting the two powering it by a completely different method.

How would I obtain a Pseudo-Inversion Sigil?
Assuming it's even possible at the moment, you need a activated division sigil and a beacon, in the end, for step 0. Step one is right click the beacon with the sigil and do what it tells you(might be shift right click). Step two is complete the ritual, ideally without using Bane of Pigs and creative mode.

I am now very intrigued.
What's the main difference between the regular one and this pseudo activated sigil?

It's the one you heard of that crafts stable unstable ingots instead of unstable ones. A tad redundant due to the way we can craft stable ingots already, just requires gold instead of iron and 9 crafts instead of 1, but still, it's a challenge worth doing if its possible to do.

How do you do the ritual for the Pseudo-Inversion sigil? What does it mean by the chests aren't present and ritual markings?

I recently came up with this idea to wander miles off and create a Twilight forest portal. In there you start from scratch and try to beat everything there is. You're not allowed to go back to the overworld, unless you find another portal (Either one you made at 0,0, so that you have to walk or find another base if Multiplayer.)

This is quite often getting overlooked, but how about building something? Make your base look spectacular, expand it to the grounds around your base by making satellite buildings, roads, parks, monuments etc.

So many people only make buildings to house their tech to keep mobs out. I would propose building tech to allow you to build spectacular architecture!

I'll ditto building. Make a base that not only works well, but looks good while having a good flow is not easy. It often requires tearing stuff down and improving it when adding functionality, such as content from another mod, another power/item/fluid/AE conduit, etc.,. This is usually done best while progressing through the world. Not only is the world generally more enjoyable, but it slows down progression and makes the world last longer.

Things I've done at endgame just because I could:
1) Artificially create a void age by completely quarrying The End
2) Collect every piece of armor and make a gallery of them
3) Breed bees such that ultimately I have every single species running concurrently. WARNING: this will kill your computer with all the particles.
5) Fill a max sized RailCraft tank with every liquid. Extra Points: make the tanks out of steel instead of iron.
4) If you have GregTech, make a fusion reactor.

A note on bees: I assume you're using chocolate frames to speed up the process. If you can, switch over to Necrotic Frames - they reduce lifespan to 30% instead of the 75% of chocolates. 3 necrotics will kill bees in 1-2 bee ticks. Speeds things up a lot.
