thermal expansion strongboxes

Hi is there a way for admin to check in thermal expansion strongboxes when made pritvate. The reason I ask is had a suspected griefer on and he had strongboxes that were locked. Finally made him relent and make public even though he tried to put the stolen items in inventory before unlocking them which was seen as an admin was watching him. Would be better if we could check the boxes out without having to devote all our time trying to get the suspect to unlock for us

There is a config option that when enabled, allows anyone that is OP to open private Thermal Expansion 3 containers. It warns anyone joining the server that this is enabled.

I believe, there may also be a permission involved. Not sure though, you will have to have a scour through some documentation if and when it exists.
