Some basic information first I am using FTB Direwolf 20 1.5.2 on the latest update. So I keep seeming to have an issue with the thermal expansion engine. The internal MJ Buffer inside the engine builds up like normal but drains when there is no work to do and all thermal expansion blocks have a full charge. I have even tried disconnecting the energy conduit from the engine, but it still drains its power at a slow rate. Is this a new feature that was recently added or is it a bug. In my Ultimate 1.4.7 world this never happened to me so I'm just curious.

Well, BC moved from lossy pipes to lossy machines, this change might have something to do with that.

A TE engine that it switched off will dissipate all its internal power. This is intentional. However, this should never happen while the engine is still running - if you get that, then it's a bug.
