Thermal Expansion Crafting Issue

Title Thermal Expansion Crafting Issue

Details of the issue The pack is running normally, but all of the thermal expansion recipes above basic are not in nei. Cannot craft hardened machine frames or directly craft next level machines, such as a hardened redstone furnace, and they are not present in the nei interface. I am now attempting to update to the beta if to see if that fixes it. If I am missing something obvious, I would appreciate being corrected, but I really am puzzled on this one.
