Summary of the problem Thermal Expansion Cache

What is the bug? Unable to break the thermal expansion cache's after placing them. Doesn't matter if in creative or survival. Also, can't seem to put upgrades on them.

Is it repeatable? Yes.
Place down Cache.
Try to upgrade, upgrade will go into the cache, even with shift +right click.
Try to break cache, doesn't do anything in survival, and in creative just stays there.
